Thanks for your interest in our Care Groups! These groups are a wonderful opportunity to gather with others and study the Word of God and to care for one another. Throughout the course of the year we typically have a number Care Groups meeting although we do break in late Spring and begin again in early Fall. Below you will find a list of the groups that are currently being hosted. If you are interested in being a part of a Care Group, or if you are interested in leading one yourself, please contact Pastor Tim.
1. The Book of Luke - Lead by Bob A., and hosted in Bob and Juanita's home, this care group meets every Thursday evening at 7:15 p.m. to look into the Word of God as they grow together. Group Type: Adult.
2. Young Marrieds - Lead by Vicki O., and hosted at Kelly & Vicki's house, this group meets every Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. They are currently working through a DVD series by Andy Stanley called, "Twisted Truth." Group Type: Young Marrieds / College and Career.
3. Mom's Morning Out - Lead by Wilma F., and hosted by Parkland Crossing, this group meets every Wednesday morning from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. It's a group designed for mothers with young children, bringing them together as they grow in God. Currently they are working through a study entitled, "Becoming the Parent God wants You to Be." Group Type: Moms!
4. Youth Study - Lead by Ken and Marg B. this group meets every Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. Jonathon F. hosts the study in his home and currently we are doing a study called, "Answers Academy." Sessions include: Defending the Faith, Where did God come from? Big Problems with the Big Bang, and so much more! Group Type: Youth - Grade 7-12.
5. The Parables of Jesus - Lead by Pastor Tim, and hosted in Tim and Heather's house, they meet every Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. for a time of study and fellowship as they learn to put God's word into practice in their lives. Group Type: Young Marrieds / College and Career.
6. The Book of Acts - Lead by Dale M. this group meets at 7:00 each Tuesday evening at the Super 8. Group Type: Adults
7. Soul Care - Lead by Peter S. this group meets each Thursday at 7:30 p.m.. Group Type: Adults
